Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BusWizzy London ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
The App is provided by Wizzyco Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, located at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
Description of Service
BusWizzy London provides real-time London bus information, including:
- Bus arrival times at stops across London
- Journey planning between locations
- The ability to save favourite stops
- The "Take Me Home" feature for quick route planning (requires purchase)
Data Accuracy
Bus arrival times and journey information are provided by Transport for London (TfL). While we strive to display accurate information:
- We cannot guarantee the accuracy of arrival times or service information
- Real-time data depends on TfL's systems and may occasionally be unavailable
- You should always check official TfL sources for critical journey planning
In-App Purchases
Certain features of the App require a one-time purchase:
- The "Take Me Home" feature is available as a lifetime purchase
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policies
- You can restore purchases on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" option
User Responsibilities
When using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for its intended purpose of accessing public transport information
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App's operation
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for the App
Location Services
The App uses your device's location to provide nearby bus stops and journey planning. Location access can be disabled in your device settings, but this will limit the App's functionality.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content (excluding TfL data), is owned by Wizzyco Ltd and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We provide the App "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any missed buses, delayed journeys, or travel disruptions
- We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information in the App
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features at any time. We will endeavour to provide notice of significant changes but are not obligated to do so.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
