Location Data

  • Your current location is used to find nearby bus stops and plan journeys
  • Location data is sent to Transport for London (TfL) API to retrieve bus arrival times and journey information
  • We do not store your location history on our servers

Home Address (Take Me Home Feature)

  • If you use the "Take Me Home" feature, your home address is stored locally on your device only
  • This data is never transmitted to our servers
  • You can delete this data at any time by removing your home location in the app

Favourite Stops & Alerts

  • Your saved bus stops and alert preferences are stored locally on your device
  • This data is not transmitted to any servers

In-App Purchases

If you make a purchase in the app, payment processing is handled by Apple (via the App Store) and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store any payment card details.

  • Apple processes all payments and stores transaction records according to their privacy policy
  • RevenueCat receives an anonymous identifier to manage your purchase entitlements
  • We can see that a purchase was made but cannot identify you personally

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Transport for London (TfL) API - for bus arrival times and journey planning
  • Apple App Store - for payment processing
  • RevenueCat - for purchase management
  • Apple Location Services - for address geocoding

Each service has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data Storage & Security

All personal data (home address, favourites, alerts) is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not operate servers that store your personal information.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in your device settings.
